Great location. Walking distance to major shopping centre. Well set up for 2 couples to stay. Host was easily contactable & responded quickly.

The communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is in good location. It was nice and clean, with two bathrooms. This was very useful for family of five. Metro station is just on the corner of the street.

The area is very nice for a longer stay. Outside of the most touristy areas but still lively with great food and drink options plus supermarkets. The apartment was as advertised and nice to have a coffee machine there.

− The couch was a little uncomfortable. TV would cut out from WiFi sometimes. Kitchen tiles mentioned in other reviews should really be fixed.

Very clean and comfortable.

− The stairs are very narrow, there is no elevator, so it’s a struggle if you bring a big suitcase.

Месторасположение очень хорошее,уютно и просторно, и есть все необходимое. Окна хорошо изолируют от шума улицы со ставнями ,защищающими от жары,это и красиво и функционально Менеджер на связи и всегда откликается на любые вопросы

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine and a washing machine. The complimentary bottle of water and the bottle of wine in the fridge were a nice touch. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly to every question and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable. They also gave us clear instructions and the checkin process was smooth and stress free. The apartment is located on a very quiet street, just a couple of minutes’ walk from a lively pedestrian area filled with restaurants, cafés, and shops. It’s also conveniently close to the metro. While it’s not right in the city centre, getting anywhere in Barcelona was quick and easy thanks to the excellent public transportation.

− There were a few loose tiles on the kitchen floor, and the lock on one of the bathroom doors wasn’t working. The stairs are also quite narrow, and there is no elevator. However, we were already aware of these details from previous reviews, and they didn’t affect our stay or bother us.
