8.0The home was very nice and accommodated our family perfectly. It was very clean and maintained and had all the kitchen essentials needed for cooking. It was very close to Universal Studios, which was a plus coming back to after a a day of fun. My reasoning for rating it 4 stars was that the exhaust fans in the bathrooms did not work, making it quite humid and steamy after showering. This added to the warmth of the home when opening the bathroom doors. The home was quite warm and didn't appear to have any AC (no thermostat to be found). The bedrooms were very warm even with windows open and fans on. I don't know if it was unseasonably warm weather for this time of year in the area, but it was a bit uncomfortable getting to sleep. Overall our stay was enjoyable and the home was as pictured in the photos. The exercise room was definitely a plus for our active people. Would recommend.
