− Expensive - maybe inflated over easter? No flannels included with bath towels. Small living space- if we couldn't use the outdoor living would've been very small.
Relaxing enjoyable family getaway.
9.0Outdoor bar and proximity to beach. Nice walkways and handy for a restaurant night out. Nice clean modern house. We felt at home soon after arriving.
− Ants - woke one morning to get breakfast and found lots of ants on the benches. You may have to get some kind of ant control in place. Or warn guests of the chance of ants.

1.0I submitted feedback stating how over grown the weeds and lawn were, we couldn't even use the outdoor area as the weeds are as high as the BBQ. We had booked the place specifically for the outdoor dining for grandma's birthday dinner. Very disappointed.

9.0The apartment’s location is truly outstanding: it’s just a short walk from the beach, practically second row to the shore. This makes it a perfect base for trips and hikes. It’s especially convenient that both Tasman National Park and Farewell Spit are easy to reach and great to explore. Overall, everything is within a comfortable driving distance, which makes the stay very relaxing. The amenities are perfectly adequate, with everything you need provided. The apartment is also pleasantly spacious and comfortable overall.
− One small downside was the cleanliness in the outdoor area and in general, which could have been a bit better maintained and tidier in some places.
Perfect location and a comfortable stay
10.0Fantastic location, just a 30 second stroll to the beach. House was well equipped for our family of 6, we wish we could've stayed longer.
− Wouldve been nice to have a couple of games or even just a deck of cards for in the evenings. And also some plastic cups /glasses for the little kids-to avoid breakages.
