10.0Die Unterkunft liegt an einem sehr schönen, langen Sandstrand. Die Anlage gehört zu den allerschönsten, die die Insel zu bieten hat. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und wunderschön gemacht. Das Personal ist sehr familiär, sie sind überdurchschnittlich nett und aufmerksam. Wir waren an vielen Orten der Insel, aber etwas Vergleichbares haben wir nirgens erlebt! Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

8.0Points positifs : Un personnel professionnel, serviable et souriant (ex : Nancy et tant d’autres). Excellent travail des femmes de ménage dans les chambres. De belles chambres luxueuses, spacieuses et confortables. 2 belles piscines. Bon service de conciergerie (utile pour la programmation d’activités extérieures). Salle de sport correcte. Belle boutique NIKKI BEACH SAMUI. Petit déjeuner satisfait dans son ensemble. Pas mal de choix. Bon service bagagiste.
− Points d’amélioration : Le spa n’est pas inclus (sauna,…) dans le prix des séjour même pour les clients de l’hôtel. La réception est efficace même si parfois le temps d’attente d’une commande peut être long. Un menu pas assez varié, bien souvent les sushis, de même que les burgers sont indisponibles. Problème récurrent avec la chasse d’eau des toilettes : pression insuffisante pour l’évacuation des déchets. Le DJ à la piscine met des musiques trop molles, c’est un beach club il faut des musiques qui ambiance avec des paroles (Calvin Harris/David Guetta,…).
