Perfect stay for me.

Location was great. Close to some shops (cafes, pizza, chemist, knicknacks) and super close to bus stop. Very easy to get into and out of CBD. All the appliances and decor (towels, sheets) are very good quality. Felt like a real home away from home. The host is lovely and provides lots of little extra touches that make the place feel very special.

It was in a beautiful spot only 4 mins drive to my father in laws property it was perfect for us it was comfortable and clean the bed in the main room was very comfortable I like a king size bed more room the lounge was comfortable nice to get a big screen tv easy parking and super cozey

It is clear that the owners put a lot of effort into making this unit feel homely and comfortable. There's a lot of little thoughtful details that add up to make a great impression - e.g. a welcome gift of bread on the counter with homemade chutney, quality milk and butter in the fridge, high quality appliances in the kitchen, a practical folding indoor clothes line with wheels, great towels and beds. My favourite little detail was the zipped bag in the bathroom full of just in case supplies like paracetamol and Band-Aids. We loved that there was a dedicated off-street parking bay. The inside of the house never felt hot, despite us visiting in the peak of summer, the bedroom fans adequately cooled the place, although there is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the living area if needed. The Unley Park location is a lovely leafy area and was so convenient. 10 minutes from the city centre travelling on one straight road and a bus stop close by too.

− Slow drainage of water from the bathroom vanity sink, although the owner was responsive when I pointed this out and it is being looked into. The dedicated off-street parking, while appreciated, is a bit tight for larger cars.

Comfortable, Well-Equipped, and Perfectly Located

Sue and Pete’s apartment is exactly as pictured and described, if not more. It’s clean, quiet, and cosy, and they’ve truly thought of all the little extras you might need for a real “home away from home.” The apartment also has a super comfy lounge suite and the split system and ceiling fans in the rooms was a big plus. The kitchen, laundry, and bathroom are very well equipped with supplies that you often need to buy when staying elsewhere. The location is excellent - close to the city, with a wide range of nearby shopping options including a supermarket, cinema, coffee shops, and a bakery. Sue’s communication was fantastic, and she was very accommodating throughout our stay. Thank you! We highly recommend this property and would happily book again, as well as spread the word to family and friends.
