8.0Aan de rand van de binnenstad, met vlakbij een parkeergarage.
− Het appartement ligt boven een cafeetje, aan een drukke doorgaande weg. De slaapkamerdeur is van glas, weinig privacy.

− Ramen sluiten niet 100%, daardoor hoor je letterlijk de auto’s en tram alsof je buiten bent. De keuken is mooi, maar gammel gemonteerd. Oven sluit niet, kraan beweegt, etc.
Spacieux et lumineux
7.0Appartement spacieux et bien équipé (avec deux lits double). Centre ville facilement accessible à pied ou en transport. Parking Navitas à proximité.
− Appartement très lumineux sans rideaux ou stores et rue très passante. Prévoir bouchons d'oreilles et masque de nuit si vous êtes sensibles.
