10.0The location was amazing. Its about a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to the falls. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. My family and I had a really great time. The house was spacious and very clean.

− The location was not great. I don’t think is safe to around either during the day or night. One of the beds had dirty sheets that were replaced the next day.
Comfirtable house in Niagra Falls NY.
10.0This house was very comfortable as well as cute. It had a rustic charm to it. I would highly recommend thos house to anyone going to the falls especially. It was very close to the falls and that was our destination. And if of course the falls were absolutely spectacular.
− I did not care for the air conditioner in the shower. But I guess that can't be helped. Although my husband liked it.
Not cleaned between rentals. Very poor experience
1.0The beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water. Good location for the falls.
− Wrong code given for check in. So stranded in cold for 30 minutes. When we got in the house had not been cleaned. Dirty dishes, beds and bathroom. The heating had not been left on so it was 45 in the house. The host offered another property so we went to that house to find someone already there. We had the code so we walked in in a man in his pajamas eating cereal! It is funny now, but could have been dangerous us busting into someone’s house. The host said they knew who it was, but they shouldn’t be there. We went back the original house. The cleaner came and left after about 30 minutes - not a great cleaning. The next day whilst our baby rested another family arrived expecting to stay in the house. I’m glad we were there. It seems the host is very unorganized. They offered one night compensation, but never followed through on their promise. For your comfort and safety I would recommend not staying in a property managed by this company.
