We couldn't recomment Erasmia House more: The house is spacious and clean. The garden and swimmingpool are lovely. The airco is quiet and efficient. The hosts had stocked our fridge with everything we needed the first day, including home made snacks and cake. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. We loved our stay at Erasmia House. We felt at home immediately. In 10 years of visiting Greece, this house is now our favourite.

We have never been treated so well…. The property and location were 5 stars ⭐️ but the mum & dad who came everyday to tend to the garden and pool were over and above. So kind, so friendly, so helpful - they were the cherry on the cake. Home baked goods and essentials on arrival, towels for the sun beds, separate ones for the beach. Home baked cake for my daughter’s birthday 🎉 even a mousskka half way through your holiday. Thank you Yanis & Erasmia 💕

Villa Erasmia - A gem in Kefalonia!

What an amazing villa and host Konstantina and theire parents John and Erasmia were from the start to the end of our holiday. From helping us get from the airport (only 15 minutes away) to the villa and then providing us lovely touches of hospitality throughout, it truly made our holiday at Villa Erasmia special. The villa is spotless, very comfortable, and the grounds and pool are immaculate. Inside the villa we had everything to make our stay enjoyable. They were also maintained to a very high standard throughout. The location is very chilled, and even being close to the airport, we did not notice the planes. Great location to explore the island. Car is essential for flexible travel. Great local car rentals near the airport. We would highly recommend booking Villa Erasmia, and if we could make Konstantina and her parents superhosts right now, we would!

Delightful stay in a fantastic villa with friendly owners in a great location

This is a wonderful deluxe villa in a great location and the welcoming owners made sure we had a great time. The friendly owners take great pride in their villa and the welfare of their guests. The villa is well-designed to a very high spec, and the balcony area has a fantastic view, with space for six to dine in comfort. The grounds are well-kept with grapes, plums, limes, lemons and figs everywhere. The location is such that the airport, Argostoli town, and about ten pristine sandy beaches are all within a 10-15 minute drive, and the main roads to the other towns are easy access. We loved our stay and many thanks to Jannis and Erasmia for ensuring we had a fantastic time. We’ll be back!

Comfortable & modern home away from home with superb hosts in a centrally located peaceful area.

Wonderful location in a peaceful village only a short drive from nearby shops, restaurants and great beaches. The hosts are accommodating and welcoming whilst the apartment has many modern finishes in a newly built apartment.

− Guests must note that Villa Erasmia 2 is the apartment above Villa Erasmia 1. Barbecue facilities are in the garden area in front of villa 1 so be sure to check if you can share the facilities before using. The benefit of the upstairs Villa is its own private balcony with a lovely view overlooking the village and the sea in the distance.
