This is a peaceful location with amazing views.we really enjoyed our stay here.we had some lovely walks around the area
10.0Astley is a lovely host.she made us feel so welcome and breakfast was delicious.The cottage is spotless and the view from the gin terrace is amazing watching the sunrise and sunset.we had 3 nights stay in the king size seaview room which was spotless and had everything you needed.

10.0Lovely stay in this lovely location. Beautiful Guest house with lovely host. Ava our dog was made very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend, would certainly return.

What a wonderful stay with Anstey and the dogs.
10.0Superb b/b. Lovely setting. Great host. Fabulous breakfasts.Splendid garden and gin terrace. Peaceful traffic free, with glorious views looking down on Lynmouth and the sea. We will definitely return.
