Fantastic property!
10.0The property was very clean and well presented. The pool table was an added bonus. Having been let down on arrival at another property due to a double booking. Michael was amazing, he was extremely helpful ensuring we were booked in and had access to the property within 30 minutes. What started as a very stressful situation ended as an excellent trip.

8.0Booked very last minute and Michael was extremely helpful when I called to confirm the booking and access the property. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and handy for Alton Towers and the monkey forest. Walk to the town centre very handy location and lovely property.
− The shower in the en suit didn’t a proper seal at the bottom.

10.0The house was spacious clean and well furnished, with modern decor. There were plenty of beds for a family of 10. The kitchen was was very well equipped, even had a coffee maker with a good supply of coffee pods. The pool table was great entertainment. Lol
− The on street parking was quite tight a times, but we still manged to find spaces for the 2 cars we used on every day. If towels are part of the package, one per person as opposed to one per room would be better. There were ten of us and only 6 towels.
Really enjoyed our stay was very spacious and clean
