Schönes, grosszügiges Apartement mit Pool und sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr geräumiges und schönes 3- Zimmerapartment im Parterre mit direktem Zugang zu sehr sauberem Pool mit genügend Schatten. Die Küche ist bequem und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein kleines Abwaschmittel- und Putzschwammset wird bereitgestellt. Bettwäsche und Duschtücher müssen vorgängig reserviert werden. Für kältere Temperaturen hat’s einen mobilen Heizkörper. Bei wärmeren oder heissen Temperaturen fehlt dagegen ein Ventilator oder Klimaanlage. Parkplätze sind im Monat Mai reichlich vorhanden auf der Strasse vor dem Haus, welches sehr offen und ruhig gelegen ist. Mit dem Auto 5‘ zum Dorf, zu Fuss auf camin ronda 25‘. Äusserst gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliche Mitarbeiterin in der Vermittlungsagentur, in welcher man die Hausschlüssel abholen muss.

− Es hatte schon im Mai reichlich Mücken. Da die Fenster keine Mückengitter haben, ist ev. ein eigenes Moskitonetz hilfreich. Es hat auch viele Ameisen in der Küche. Mit einer guten Küchenhygiene, kann man diese aber in Grenzen halten.

Eher durchschnittliche Unterkunft, welche in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aus diesem Objekt könnte man richtig was machen, aber es wird nur das nötigste gemacht und somit wird es von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter. Es gab neue Liegen am Pool!!!

− Die Betten waren eine Katastrophe. Sauberkeit und Geruch im Haus waren nicht gut. Der Pool ist veraltet und es platzt überall was ab.

Quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. Nice pool area and terrace Well equipped, renovated kitchen. Free parking.

− Noisy between floors. The smaller beds not comfortable. Some sunbeds or lounge chairs ny the pool would be nice.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area. However, since one rents just the ground floor of the villa, basically an apartment, one must be lucky to have quiet neighbours on the second and third floor. In summer time, weekends, surrounding villas can be very noisy.

− The apartment was not cleaned. The accommodation is rented by llafranc villa, who claim in their contract that they have checked the cleaning. Not thus. The telephone number on the booking confirmation is not reachable. Booking did not want to use an other number. After quite some calling around myself, llafranc villa organised the cleaning. I would have preferred to cancel this reservation, but booking was sending his cat. Overall one can see that the apartment is never cleaned thoroughly. Just see the fungus in the shower… The beds are crappy, the main bedroom bed is 130cm. The pictures of the villa most likely date from years ago. Now the paint Blatters from the outside walls. The walking distance to the beaches is too far to do this more than once a day and there are no shops around.
