We’ve stayed at about 15 villas in Murcia region over the years and Villa Vinka is by far the best. The Villa is immaculately clean and well presented, a nice touch is having dishwasher tablets, washing powder in the kitchen and some supplies in the fridge too. The outside has several seating areas and the pool is fantastic. The resort is also nice and quiet and well maintained. Thank you Vinka and Luis perfect villa and perfect hosts

We stayed in this lovely Villa for 5 nights, we are a family of 5,2 adults 3 children. The villa is beautiful, exceptionally well looked after, everything you need is there and the hosts Vikta and Luis went above and beyond to make our stay stress free, we didn't hire a car as the Villa isn't far from Murcia rmu airport a 10 min drive it felt, Vikta and Luis very kindly offered to pick us up and drop is back to the airport at the end of our stay saving us hanging around for taxis which was so kind of them, they even did a small food shop for us so we had some food when we arrived as it was evening time. The Villa had a lovely homely feel and was immaculately kept, the rooms were good sizes and plenty of storage space the pool was heated and was warm, and felt lovely to sit around, all the garden furniture was in excellent condition and set out well with nice seating areas to relax in , the WiFi worked great 👍 the tvs all did to and had Netflix, it really did feel like a home from home, the Towles were all fresh and plenty of them, the bedding was all fresh and clean also. It was very quiet and peaceful around the Villa no noise late at night, no barking dogs at all hours , there is a sweet little playground opposite the Villa which the children enjoyed playing in. Honestly we would love to return here again soon i never really write reviews but this was definitely worth a write up, ive stayed in a few Villas and this one is the cleanest well kept one to date 😁💗

− I can't fault anything with the Villa at all or the hosts. I think next time we may hire a car only so we can explore a little, but as we just wanted to relax for a few days we didn't really need one. The spa shop and restaurant was around a 15min walk, a pleasant walk 😊 Please please do not feel put off by the fact Vikta and Luis live in an apartment below the villa as we never saw them or heard them, the villa isn't overlooked by anyone you feel like you are completely separate and it's very spacious inside, bigger than I thought , we weren't sure at first but when Luis sent me a video explaining the set up I could see it was separate and I'm so glad we went and to top it off we had fab weather to 😀 🌞☀️

Wonderful, relaxed stay at this property. One of the best kept villas we have ever stayed at.

Beautifully appointed villa with an open, airy feeling. It is clear the owners take pride in their property. Highly responsive to any questions. Thoughtful welcome items. Wonderful heated pool that we used every day of our Dec/Jan visit. Some nice restaurants in the area. One of the nicest places we have stayed at.

− This isn’t a negative or complaint, but it is worth knowing that the villa (and the lovely large villa complex it is part of) is somewhat isolated. This is great for peace and quiet (which we loved). There is a Spar store on site for groceries and a nice restaurant (and a golf course for golf lovers), but there is no other commercial presence at the complex and the complex is not part of a greater town or other settlement. A car is definitely advisable if you want to enjoy the close by coast, Murcia, and other area sights.

The villa was amazing and it had everything and more that we could want. Vinka was a great host. The resort was quiet because of the time of year but that suited us. The fact that swim towels and other towels are available is great for packing lighter. But I will say it again the villa is stunning. I loved the outdoor tub by the BBQ. 5 stars!!!

− Nothing. Our only suggestion would be a hand rail in one of the showers as my mother in law was 81 and it would have given her a bit more confidence. But honestly it’s not a complaint just a suggestion.
