Great and already recommended it to family
10.0I loved it and wish it was for sale! Great location with it being away but still close to everything, perfect medium. Very clean, and accommodating, I’ve already recommended it to family. Rained a lot but we didn’t even care that we had to be in the cabin most of the time. It’s that great! Amazing!
− Only wish I had is that it had a pool table but idk where you’d put it. The cabin flows so well that you’d lose something else more important. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat
A stay out in the countryside (with hot tub)
8.0Hot tub, fire pit with wood to use, creek nearby. Saw 9 deer when we arrived. Wifi was a lifesaver for lack of 5G cell signal -or at least intermittent cell signal.
− Hot tub was slow to get over 100° and didn't get to 106° till my wife had already laid down on our last day. I thought it was fine even at 103° 🤷♂️ I think there was something she didn't like about the jets. She also felt like the shower didn't have strong water pressure and made her feel like it was difficult to get clean. I had no such issues. My wife didn't like that the kitchen curtains didn't quite obscure the entire view of the interior, though I personally doubt there would be no voyeurs.
We took a short 3 day trip. 3 girlfriends, needing a quick get away. The home was cozy and comfortable and close to ever
10.0Privacy and location were both phenomenal
− Loved it all! Even had fire wood and lighter fluid for us amateur Girl Scouts 😉
First timers at the gorge, the location is great. The owner has put thought into the detail.
10.0Clean, nice kitchen with modern appliances and well stocked with cooking utensils. Spa towels and robes are a nice addition.
Bougie Rustic Mountain Retreat
10.0The front porch turned into our main hangout spot. Though the kitchen was truly the heart of the property. It is open and well-appointed. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit almost every day of our five day stay. The primary bedroom even had a white noise machine.
− The floors are very rough if you're barefoot or only in socks. There is near-to no storage for dry foods or clothes. The kitchen windows are fully exposed to the road and neighboring homes with little in the way of curtains.
