Nel complesso, un ottimo soggiorno.
9.0L'ottimo riscaldamento della casa. Il bagno, ed in particolare la doccia. La capienza dell'armadio e del comò della camera da letto. L'attrezzatura (quasi) completa della cucina. Il facile parcheggio. La vicinanza del supermercato (Conad).
− Il rapporto con l'host, ridotto ad una voce al citofono che ti dà il pin per entrare in casa. Preferirei, almeno all'arrivo, essere accolta da una persona in carne ed ossa.

4.0Nulla da dire su pulizia e forniture. Tutto bene.
− Comportamento allucinante della signora addetta alla reception e del proprietario della struttura . Io e la mia fidanzata siamo stati letteralmente aggrediti sulle scale, la mattina della partenza, dalla signora, che ci ha accusato di scorrettezza in quanto il sottoscritto avrebbe “soggiornato” nell’appartamento. A parte il fatto che sul portale era indicato il prezzo “per appartamento” e non per persona, e che io ho trascorso solo parte dell’ULTIMA notte di soggiorno in quanto eravamo rientrati tardissimo da un rinfresco, era sufficiente che l’addetta mi chiedesse con garbo di pagare un supplemento, come mi sono offerto io fare in seguito al proprietario, senza dare in escandescenze e usare toni urlati e sguaiati. Ancora peggiore il contegno tenuto al telefono dal proprietario dell’alloggio, il quale ha parlato a sproposito addirittura di sporgere denunce, dichiarando che tutto era “registrato” dalle telecamere. Good value for money. Has everything one need for longer stay
10.0The apartment was very clean and had everything you need even for longer stay - washing machine and also dishwasher. Also suitable for cooking, there was enough dishes and basic stuff like salt, olive oil. It is spacious so we had enough space for our suite cases. Within 2 minutes walking distance there is a supermarket Conad where you can buy everything.
− Everything was fine. The only things is to be aware that the location is not near the town center.
