Enjoyed Diani the town but would not return to the villa..
4.0Good location and nice swimming pool but living standard and booking charge is over rated.
− The owner didn't have his mobile phone switched on so we were trying to contact for +20mins on Day 1 and could not enter while he himself was cleaning the villla after previous guests. It took him over 3hours delaying us before we could enter; waiting in nearby coffeshop to collect the keys. Also he only accepts USD cash or by MPESA which for outside visitors we don't have MPESA set up on mobile. No credit card facility so had to run around next day trying to find a money exchange. The washing machine in the villa didn't even work throughout. It hadn't worked for a long time since components had malfunctioned. So we returned from this holiday with all dirty clothes in suitcases. This not value for money accommodation and no discount offered. It is owners responsibility to check things work. Also he didnt know the pin code for the TV so Day 1..we had no TV for 3 hours in the evening until he messaged it through. The Gardener was intimidating looking not friendly. The bathroom towels only 5no. available are all old horrible and hard on skin and no dish clothes for hand wiping plates. Imagine us being with a small child of 5yrs old was not comfortable here that cant sleep alone. Villa is better suited for just adult guests.
