7.0It was conveniently situated, comfy, clean, and warm. When there was a problem with the fire alarm, the landlord answered promptly, and the situation was resolved.
− I chose it partly because the listing stated there was private parking. That wasn't actually the case, but I was able to park without charge in a local road. That might be more difficult in high season. Communal areas of the flats weren't so well maintained.

9.0The apartment was spotlessly clean and Mark was a brilliant host keeping us informed and checking we were happy and comfortable with our stay.
− Unfortunately there was scaffolding up to the building due to renovation work being carried out so we were unable to get the balcony door opened enough to manage to go outside & sit out but we were informed prior to our stay about the scaffolding. The entrance to the apartments looks quite tired & needs a coat of paint but don't let this put you off as the apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need very well equipped. Definitely book it you won't be disappointed
