− Przyjechaliśmy z Polski w 5 osób. Pokoje zarezerwowane 2 miesiące wcześniej. Na miejscu nikt na nas nie czekał. Pan odebrał telefon po czym się rozłączył i juz nie odbierał. W kontakcie sms napisał że pokoje sa już wynajęte komuś innemu i mamy szukać czegoś innego. Zostaliśmy na lodzie bez noclegu dzień przed Sylwestrem. Nie polecam. Nikt nie zaproponował nam pomocy w znalezieniu innego rozwiązania. Szukaj czegoś lepszego! Oszusty i krętacze

− We arrived and couldn't get in to the apartment . I rang the phone number several times . No one answered . Only to get text asking for me to text them . I told them I had arrived for my booking . Had to send my confirmation details . Only to be told they had no rooms available . And to cancel my booking . Then had to book somewhere easle at a much higher price as obviously every where was booked . I had booked and paid month's in advance . This completely ruined our trip . Avoid at all costs !!!

− Arrived to be told there was no space even though I had paid 6 months ago!

3.0Spacious and nice bathroom.
− Beds broken with bed slats not fixed in place safely. Issues with entering the main door to property due to battery on door lock being low. Owner unhelpful with this and this issue was reported regarding the door on arrival. All four members of our party left outside at midnight on returning from an event nearby for 15mins attempting to get back into the property. No breakfast included although was advertised within the price on booking.

− Beds are uncomfortable and coooms were freezing but couldn't get heating on. Also on booking.com it said breakfast was included hence being the reason we stayed as it was a Saturdsy night and would make things easier, but on getting there realised there was no food apart from some disgusting coffee with bits in it and sugar, no milk. I messaged the person and was told breakfast is only included in the breakfast deal. I pointed out it said included on the website and would like a part refund as we had to go out looking for somewhere to buy something for breakfast late at night. He then started being very rude on the messages which I hope to upload onto here.
