The agent cancelled just a few hours before we were due to check in. No decent reason given. No help from Booking to fin

Terrible- we walked in and walked out
1.0− This is the most awful property I have ever encountered on Booking.com. There was ripped wallpaper, smoke alarms on the floor with no batteries in. The garden was completely overgrown with flower pots full of cigarette butts. Door handles were screws. Do not book this property. This is unfit for rental.
Excellent accommodation and value for money
10.0We have stayed in this accommodation before and is an excellent standard. People were great to deal with and although it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived was not an issue as the cleaner was running late because of weather Which we all was ) and this was only 15 mins after we arrived .
