Great apartment with fantastic view
10.0Beautiful, spacious and well equipped apartment with an amazing view! It was even better than on the pictures. Near to a nice beach (El Portet) and the small town Moraira with many bars and restaurants in walking distance. The Company Almarina Villas made an early check-in possible. Thanks for that! We had a fantastic stay.
− The communal pool in the apartment area was not clean and well maintained, so unfortunately we could not use it.

9.0L'emplacement en hauteur avec une vue INCROYABLE sur El Portet 🤩 Nous pouvions bénéficier de la vue depuis une terrasse avec salon de jardin, table et chaises ou depuis le salon L'appartement bénéficie de beaux espaces avec une cuisine ouverte sur le séjour et le salon qui bénéficient tous de la vue sur la baie. Nous avons pu bénéficier d'une serviette de plage moyennant 10€/pers et des transats pliants sont également mis à disposition gratuitement. Il y a également une machine à laver (mais pas de lessive) et un étendoir à linge L'appartement possède une climatisation dans toutes les pièces
− Les points que je vais aborder ne nous ont pas spécialement dérangés, mais je les mets pour information. L'appartement possède 2 salles de bain et il faut traverser l'une d'elles pour accéder à la terrasse. La piscine se trouve en contre bas et il faut marcher un peu. Au retour, vous aurez la montée

Lovely apartment, beautiful view, good location for anyone with a car.
8.0Location was good, we like Moraira & El Portet and knew property was up a very steep hill. Walk was quite challenging in the heat. View was amazing.
− Both showers flooded bathrooms. Bed in triple room fixings had fell out so leg was loose. Bed slats in main bedroom were broken/missing and again every time you moved it made a noise. When it was windy doors and windows banged making it impossible to sleep. All in all a lovely apartment but the owners need to spend some money replacing bed bases, renovating bathrooms, fixing doors and windows and do some general maintenance as whole apartment was tired.
