We will never come back
1.0The restaurant and pool.
− Our intended room had leak in one of the bathroom ceiling, then the front desk staff tried to put us in a suite that wasn’t cleaned properly by housekeepers. All the while we were reaching out to the host with the issues that we were facing but to no avail. Front desk staff refused to give us any refund after 2 hours of waiting in their lobby. Finally, we got into a unit that seemed to be clean only to find out the living room furniture was infested with bugs.Also the staff wouldn’t give us the right Wifi password until the morning staff came in and help us. So we was stuck in a room for three days and was not happy because we could not get our money back. We also have pictures.
