The decking. The dishwasher

− Lucky the caravan had a dishwasher as we had to wash all the crockery we wanted to use some of it still had food on it. The smell was extremely unpleasant until we removed all the dehumidifiers that hadn't been changed for quite some time. The en-suite shower room still smelt extremely unpleasant. It would be helpful to be informed of the security number to enter the caravan park. The first night we went out, upon our return the barrier was down, and it wasn't until a helpful member of the public came over and told us the number that we could get through. We had pressed the buzzer for the reception but as they do not work in the evenings there was no reply. Also the caravan has a washing machine, unfortunately could not use it because there was not a clothes horse in the caravan to put clothes on. We thought there might be one in the locked storage container outside the caravan, but there was not a key to open it, we only had a key to open the caravan which did not open the storage container also. So it was a luxury caravan which smelt and was not able to use the washing machine machine which was one of the reasons I decided to stay more for a luxury caravan. I would not stay here again.

We had a lovely time in the property suited our needs for this weekend away

Clean & comfortable

− Mattresses need replacing very thin. No fob for gaining entry into park had to press reception at the barrier each time we went out in the car and was waiting some time before barrier was lifted
