Beware - bunch of SCAMMERS - jacuzzi not working, will try to steal your money.

− From the photos we expected jacuzzi. They told us - oh, sorry, it`s in other apartment (next doors). We were super disappointed, as we chose this place specifically and only because of the jacuzzi. We contacted them and asked to get a flat with jacuzzi. They said we can have it for 3 days for 400 EURs more. After we paid and moved, we found out the jacuzzi is not heating!!! The highest temperature of water was 30°. They said it`s normal. First day when we moved there, it was only 26 degrees :/ So we paid 400 EURs for the jacuzzi, which is not working and is cold. 30 hours after we moved from the first place, they contacted me saying we broke 2 blades of blinds. But when the lady was checking the place before, she didn`t say anything. Anyway - they want us to pay 300 EUR for that damage, that we probably didn`t cause. Even sent us a fake invoice, saying the repair has been done. While we saw the repairman fix it with some straps and obviously it could not be for 300 EUR and neither it is finished. I refused to pay, and I am filling a claim to booking.com. They threatened with their lawyer. The lady checking us in and out doesn`t speak any English. That's how we lost 30 EURs. Because you have to take out all the garbage. Our understanding was we have to sort our waste, put the trash can out every evening, which we did. 54 EURs (24 some patent to the city and 30 EURs for the garbage) was deducted from my card twice "by mistake". When they were returning money, they did another mistake and returned 10 EURs less. (fixed it when I noticed). One mistake I can tolerate, maybe two or three, but this is too much. I am sure they are SCAMMERS and ary trying to rip people off. Never again!
