7.0El apartamento estaba limpio y ordenado, la ubicación es perfecta cerca de todo.
− Cómo mi estadía fue en invierno, sentía mucho frío en el departamento y la calefacción no funcionaba en todo el apartamento, el apartamento está bien pero para invierno es un poco difícil la estadía por el frío que se siente en el departamento.

5.0Die Lage ist super und sehr zentral. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. In der ersten Wohnung im EG waren Ameisen und sie war nicht wirklich sauber, ich durfte daraufhin in die Wohnung im 3. Stock wechseln. Die Wohnung war deutlich besser. Das Schloss funktionierte nicht und es kam direkt jemand um es zu reparieren.
− Ich würde die Wohnung trotzdem nicht empfehlen. Die Wohnung im EG ging gar nicht. Aber auch die Wohnung im 3. Stock war nicht optimal. Auf der Bettwäsche waren Haare. Sie ist sehr einfach eingerichtet. Im Bad hat es aus dem Ausfluss gestunken. Auf dem Boden waren überall Verklebung en. Es gab keinen wirklichen Stauraum. Die Wände waren sehr dünn und man hat alles von draußen gehört. An einigen Stellen waren Schimmelflecken und Spinnweben. Die Wohnung sieht nicht aus wie auf den Fotos und ist sehr lieblos und einfach.

− Parkering var udfordrende

8.0Så pænt og rent overalt. Der var alt hvad man skulle bruge. Kommer gerne igen.
− Meget langt til ledig parkering. Især når man er handicappet at skulle gå ca 200 m med bagage. Og så var der 32 grader i lejligheden da jeg ankom kl 21.30. Der var gulvvarme overalt. Kunne åbne altandør ud til baggård men ingen ønsker at sove med åben dør og det varer jo længe inden gulvvarmen falder i temperatur. Faldt først i søvn efter kl 3 om natten. Næste aften var fint igen.

− It was extremely cold. I was walking around inside wearing a jacket. There was no heating at all for the bathroom. And what really bothered me was that they had fines for everything, which didn’t give a good feeling at all.
