5.0Apartment was very well located within 10 mins walk of all restaurants etc Big supermarket right across the road Apartment had all the basics like salt sugar coffee toilet rolls even coffee pods
− The beds are rock hard now we would always expect that when we go abroad but even the kids struggled to sleep No air conditioning in bedrooms Advertised as a PRIVATE POOL but the is a complex of 8 apartments sharing a pool and while we were there 5 apartments were using the pool so it was like u had to wait ur turn as the pool is not big enough to cater Now 5 days into our 11 day stay I contacted pedro about the kettle not working his response was “well it was working for the last lady” and that he wouldn’t be able to sort it while we were there which was very disappointing as we love our morning brew I also contacted pedro in regards the electric door opening system now again I did feel Pedro didn’t like to be bothered as he had asked me several times had I watched the video explaining how to use which I said yes but it was a hit and miss on entering apartment from put side sometimes it would work straight away other times it could take 5/10 mins and yes we were doing it properly

10.0J’ai passé un très bon moment à Alvor. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier agréable et bien situé. L’appartement est spacieux et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Les hôtes sont très attentif et disponible.
− J’ai moins aimé la literie car je trouve le matelas ferme. Je préfère les lits souple ou à mémoire de forme qui sont plus agréable pour mon dos.

9.0Communication with Pedro was excellent. He messaged a few times during our stay to check everything was OK Apartnebt was bigger than expected from the pictures. Very comfortable. plenty of space and a lovely pool area. Very convenient location, few minutes walk to town centre and across from Pingo Doce supermarket. Nice quiet area and small complex. Would definitely recommend..
− Could have done with a few wine and beer glasses. Not a big complaint though.
