10.0We stayed in Room 1 and had twin beds - they were very comfortable - we slept so well! The room has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean. The shower room was excellent too. The staff were all great and the breakfast was delicious.

10.0We had a lovely stay here. Our own little self contained flat. Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We started each day with a hearty breakfast and ended our days in a comfy bed. Just perfect!

5.0Spotlessly clean.
− Tiny room, we were advised that we could put the small armchair outside the room if we preferred, which gives you some idea! Terrace and garden was equally tiny and room overlooked a large carpark....the first thing you see on arrival is a large waste skip/bin. Poor attention to detail....old water in kettle and coffee machine which had no instructions, no milk. No offer of help with luggage up numerous steps, TV channels not working. Location is next to a very busy road. Have had much better for a lot less in the Wye Valley so disappointing. 😟
