Very disappointing and expensive to feel grubby!

− We had a really bad experience. No hot water no plug for basin either no washing up bowl and no usable cooking pans When the rep couldn’t get it to work on day two we were abandoned unable to have a shower or proper wash so had to leave early We are now struggling to get any con variation about some compensation
