In my opinion, Pacifico is the gem of Playas del Coco. Perfectly manicured grounds, friendly staff and special shout out to Tony at the snack bar. He is fantastic. This is Dallas and my fourth stay at L218, we love the proximity to the side gate if we’re walking into town and the large open concept condo. We first stayed there in 2023 and it doesn’t seem to have had any TLC since then. The walls are banged up, chipped, stained. There isn’t enough toilet paper or paper towels accommodate for a week stay. The ice machine in the fridge is very dirty and the ice tastes bad. I had brought to the attention the issue with the main bathroom toilet stopper having shrunk so it constantly runs. I’m fairly certain that it was doing that the last time we stayed there in late 2024. So as the rental cost continuously increases, it seems like the owners of the unit don’t really care about it at all. As a landlord myself, these are things that may turn renters off future rentals and even potentially be costing them a lot of money in utility bills. All that being said, we would still continue to rent that unit because it almost feels like a second home but it’s sad to think that the actual owners don’t care about it.

Excelente las instrucciones, el aseo espectacular y muy tranquilo, Las piscinas muy amplias y el jacuzzi genial. Sin duda volvería.

− El inconveniente fue que se encuentra en un tercer piso y no lo indican. Hice la cunsulta y mi anfitrión me indicó que ere un segundo piso, fue incómodo porque viajaba con una adulta mayor con dificultad para suvir gradas.

The property itself was beautiful, very clean, and the accommodations were very comfortable with lots of amenities. I have several complaints about the management company though, most importantly, they lied about the beach club being open when I asked prior to booking. Or I should say - I asked if we would have access to the beach club with the reservation and they confirmed without revealing that it was closed for the week of our trip. Twice! from two different people. Very shady. A few other things that happened after booking, like charging a fee if arriving after business hours and charging a fee to pay the required deposit, so it was a $500 deposit and a $15 admin fee. I’ve never heard of that. I hope all owners aren’t beholden to Beautiful Places.
