The downstairs accommodation was perfect for our family gathering. The main bathroom with jacuzzi bath was lovely.

− The cleanliness of the property was not up to standard. The recycling wheelie bin was over-flowing. I messaged the owner but had no response so had to call. Someone did come but hardly anything was emptied out of the bin. The kitchen was minimally kitted out.

Lovely and clean suited our needs,spacious quiet area. Beds and bedding really comfortable. Very large rooms.

− Wasn't the house on the picture, business misleading. Lacked very basic necessities, salt, pepper, oil that you would get usually. No spatula. So couldn't lift eggs, bedside cabinets it would have been good to have one each in the double room as I had to put my glass of water on the floor. No WiFi so couldn't watch TV or use our phones, did log in but not working.

Locality is great, very quiet place. The property itself is fantastic, has everything we would need. Town is close by if going by car, so amenities are also easily accessible

− Since it's a big property, I would say large number of people would be booking the property. Garbage bags are not enough in such cases. I would recommend have a considerable number of bags kept under the sink in case the guests have a lot of garbage, so that it is easier for us to keep everything bagged for your cleaning staff at the end of the stay

Everything, besides a few things, was very clean. Nice quiet area. Beautiful house. Would definitely stay here again.

− Living room furniture was outdated and unclean. Dish towels also just flipped over but unclean.

Great house for a large family. Kitchen was well equipped although a little short on pint glasses. The bedrooms were great, clean and comfortable. Dining room and lounge are large with plenty of space for children to move around. Overall our family had a lovely weekend away. Location is excellent.

− The shower in the main bathroom didn’t work correctly and needs fixing. The sofas in the lounge are really uncomfortable and set up facing away from the TV which is odd and not really conducive for a relaxing family evening. You can move them but it’s not ideal.

Property was well set up, clean and tidy and of a good standard.

− No central heating on top landing and 2 bedrooms and it was a particularly cold snap with - temps although it was unexpected at this time of year.
