− Needs some work done, lots of loose trims/handles etc, one fan upstairs didn’t work

8.0location is walking distance from CBD but still quiet and a few nice coffee shops around. Easy to park the car on the property.
− The townhouse is in the shade all day so it is quite dark inside and a bit damp. Not a problem if you're not spending a full day inside though.

7.0Located next to Beaufort street with easy access to the city, restaurants, cafes, shops etc…
− Noisy steps going upstairs, why not replace the fake wood with carpet? Could not take luggage upstairs due to helical staircase, difficult. Small living space, more suited to a couple than two couples.
