The location was perfect and the views were stunning!

− Checking into the apartment was extremely clunky I didn't get my check in details until I contacted the property asking where they were, location of keys is off site roughly 8mim drive from property which is fine if you have a car! I contacted the property to inform them of many issues with the apartment they requested photos and further description on all issues raised when they should have sent someone out to rectify and check problems rather than getting guests to do their work for them, I'm on holidays I don't want to work thanks! Main issues summarised Poor check in details initially Sliding door to the balcony was impossible to open it's missing a roller that assists with the opening and closing of the door Window in bedroom one has almost fallen out. Very dangerous with young kids! Two doors in the laundry were broken and not hung they were just placed there again very dangerous with young kids No chopping boards TV in main bedroom is broken The indoor pool was under construction which I feel should have been noted on booking.com site as it was a key feature for us booking this apartment Being an Airbnb host myself, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of resolve/ care that the managers displayed. The view is definitely the thing that is going for this apartment. However it is the only thing! I wish I had read the reviews before booking as there have been many poor reviews of this property!

Location is Excellent

− The apt. is tired and in need of a makeover No remote found for main bedroom therefore Air-con. could not be used Missing draw in kitchen hasn't been replaced, just a bad look Only one seat outside on balcony Shower gel was empty in bathroom, that's the cleaners fault Location is excellent, just do renovations then the apt would be excellent value

The room needs some attention. Blown globes in bathrooms. Aircon in main bedroom doesn’t work, aircon in lounge room didn’t work (repaired 7 days after my stay), broken timber louvres in lounge room,

The views were amazing. And great location

− The curtains were tatty and torn. The doors didn’t slide properly. The fans were covered in dust and no bedroom remote for the aircon. The entry door key lock needs replacing as it was nearly impossible to unlock the door. It felt like it was broken.

− AC lounge room was working then stopped AC main bed OOO Main bed window not sealing and leaks 2 X toilet room holders missing or broken 2x Shower roses broken No ice cube makers in fridge Main room fan only low speed Main sliding door difficult to use and lock Pillars hard and cheap Coach made me itchy
