A peaceful piece of paradise with a million dollar view. Loved everything about this condo.
10.0The view from the balcony was fantastic. The condo had a well equipped kitchen and was spotless. The small pool was a refreshing break after our tours of the area. It was located five minutes from town, restaurants and grocery stores but very secluded and private. We loved watching the surfers in the morning and late afternoon. David was a wonderful host and the communication on all details was excellent.

− toilet backed up twice (not necessarily anyone’s fault as the system is sensitive and there was a big rainstorm while we were there.

Nice villa with awesome sunset views
9.0The view from the balcony is just amazing. We had some of the most beautiful sunsets there. We were sitting four hours on the balcony enjoying the view, the sound of the ocean, the sounds of the birds, and watching the surfers from the distance. To our right was a lot of nature, no buildings, we have spotted plenty of animals also in front of the garden, like iguanas, toucans (one was eating fruits of tree near the stairs) and agoutis. The villa is well equipped (small oven, coffee machine, general kitchen equipment). The shared pool area is also quite nice to refresh and chill, however you somewhat need to check of the people from the other villas (same owner) are there as it is not tooo big (pool and sun lounger). There is also an outside shower and hose which helps to clean the sand a bit in case you come from the beach. The location is a bit outside of Dominical which was totally fine for us as we had a car and do enjoy being not directly in the touristic hot spot. A car is highly recommended, as walking can get exhausting (steep). The host is very friendly and responsive. Instructions on arrival and departure are very detailed. We could have stayed a couple of days more easily :)
− The shower valve would need some upgrade :) but other then that nothing to complain.
