− O quarto é mto bom porém tinha umas teia de aranha e tenho pavor RS , e o jardim que poderia estar mais apresentável mais vale apena

− Não é hotel e sim HOSTEL, deveria ficar claro na descrição para que pudéssemos escolher ficar ou não em um hostel; tinham baratas no quarto, especificamente na cama, percebemos assim que dormimos; a regra sobre usar apenas 8h o ar condicionado é sem sentido, haja vista o lugar é quente demais; por fim pagamos 2 diárias, ficamos apenas uma por conta das baratas, acredito que por conta disso o proprietário deve rever a situação de não reembolsar o cliente é prejudicado.
