10.0It was clean and the location was perfect! Right next to buses and close to Waterloo station.

8.0Clean and cosy little apartment. The location is perfect. Next to your door local shop. Communication with the owner was excellent. We were able to check in early, and when we asked for extra linen, we got it without any problems. There were even things like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.
− Sofa quite used, not very comfortable to sleep. Steep stairs to second floor (bedroom and bathroom). It wasn't a problem for us but could be for some elderly people. No TV, as people already mentioned. It was not the nicest view from the living room, but actually, it didn't bother us. We got the views while exploring the London :).

10.0Fantastic location close to public transport and major monuments, check in was smooth and easy and host was attentive to our needs.
− Almost nothing, most difficult thing was just working out where things were (iron, tea etc) and that's not even bad.

Everything was close by and if you don't want to spend money on taxi, metro then wall.
6.0The location is PERFECT and considering it is the cheapest option in London centre it was pretty good. 10min walk to london eye
− There were cutlery missing (forks, good sharp knives) and also there was a lack of kitchen towels. The blankets on the sofa were pretty dirty and should be washed properly, also the sofa was broken. But considering the price it is a pretty good apartment for a short trip.
