Love this lodge but improvements needed
8.0Great Lodge, very well laid out. We loved the private garden. We actually preferred this to the garden in the Argente at Still Rabbits. Big comfortable sofa and great facilities in the lodge itself. Plenty of space. Beds were comfy but not as good as Still Rabbits.
− Smell of dogs! Could use plug in air freshners or auto spray ones... am not against animals being allowed but the lodge should smell fresh for each customer Hot tub control panel wasn't working properly so didn't get the full experience of the bubbles. Bedroom with 4 poster didn't have easy access to plug socket for my hairdryer No dressing tables Towel rail wasn't working in the bathroom the 4 poster room always felt cold but the other bedroom always very warm and heated towel rail worked. Outside lighting... could be more near patio doors from the lounge.
Amazing lodge and the hot tub was a bonus.
10.0The lodge was absolutely amazing we went as 2 couples for a break it was quiet and beautiful. We will be returning next year.
− The en-suite radiator wouldn’t come on but it didn’t affect our stay in any way.
