8.0Nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable
− Maybe some instructions on how to use the coffee machine as we couldn’t work it out. We also didn’t know which bin to use for our rubbish.

2.0− Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience. The home was extremely hot, with the upstairs bedroom reaching close to 90°F, making it unsafe and unlivable, especially with our baby. Although the listing stated it had air conditioning, it did not adequately cool the home. There was also a strong smoke smell and noticeable bugs in the living areas. We reached out to the host multiple times for help and received very delayed and unhelpful responses. At one point, we were told to use portable fans, which wasn’t an acceptable solution for the conditions. Eventually, we had no choice but to leave and book a hotel. The host initially apologized and promised to take care of a refund, but after several days of follow-up, we only received automated messages asking us to review our “enjoyable stay.” Sadly, we cannot recommend this property, and we hope future guests have a better experience.

− Upon arrival key/door pad code was a bit tricky. However, host was more than willing to help with technical issues.

− Living room furniture cushions are way too soft. Need much more firmness.

10.0Loved the open space to let my child play and the cleanliness and everything we needed was there!!!! On a busy road but so worth it! Right near all the big stores and gas stations!!!
