El apartamento cuenta con todo tal cual la descripción, aire acondicionado en el comedor, 2 ventiladores portátiles y uno más en la habitación que se ve en la foto. Tiene menaje suficiente, las camas bastante cómodas... Está justo al lado de la parada de autobús, que pasan cada 15-20min y muy puntuales y en unos 25min estás en pleno centro, a 5 min de times square. El anfitrión contesta pronto a las dudas y necesidades, es fácil comunicarse. Hay un burger King cerca, supermercado, varios sitios para comer y justo debajo para varios días una foodtruck

− Cosillas a mejorar y tener en cuenta: 1. Las escaleras de acceso son un poco estrechas y de caracol, hay que tener cuidado 2. Las almohadas muy blandas, eso sí que habría me cambiarlo 3. Hay varios ollas y una sartén pequeña, haría falta una más grande Por todo lo demás genial!

It has a great price/quality ratio. The apartment is decently clean, big enough for a weekend spent visiting NYC and well equipped. It was not too far from Manhattan, only a bus away from Time square. The staff responded quickly to my question on booking.

− The AC didn't work in the living room.

The staff was very responsive. Anytime we had a query we called them or emailed them and they always responded. The location was excellent being right next to a bus stop. Food outlets , grocery stores and pharmacies were all within walking distance .

− Everything was ok for us. Just want to mention one thing over here for the sake of information only, even though it didn't affect us in any way. The apartment is on the second floor ( one floor above ground level). There are not a lot of stairs but it might not be easily accessible to someone who is handicapped. But like I said, we didn't have any problems so everything was fine for us.

It was adequate. Reasonable price for the area.

For the price, it was good. Not too far from manhattan. Just there was a full kitchen and some shops and restaurants nearby. There is a bus right outside of the apartment that takes you into manhattan, near Times Square. It takes upwards of 30 minutes, but of course when there’s traffic it can take a lot longer. The staff were very responsive before and during our stay.

− The internet technically “exists”, as in there is something there, but it’s not usable. Couldn’t even send an email it was so bad. The tv is streaming services only, but without internet, obviously it doesn’t work. The shower was quite dangerous. The water would just go scolding hot within half a second for no reason. My assumption is in another apartment in the building it affects the temperature of the shower. Luckily there is a small bath so we were safely able to wash our child. But it’s definitely something they should warn about. The bed had very thin sheets and no mattress protector. I don’t think the comforter was washed so we ended up buying a sleeping bag as it was very cold, even in may.
