4.0the lobby was good and historic looking
− The reception didn't help us carry luggage from the external paid parking 500m away the hotel which they promised earlier. The hotel's rooms looking absolutely nothing like the cover picture. I was told it is a picture of the premier room that cost much much more than the original booking price.
