It was clean

− Toilet drinks into the floor when you sit and it wobbles. Floors go up and down. Terrible neighborhood. No communication with staff. Vents detached all over. No comforts at all. No silverware. Microwave didn't have a tray. Hot water un shower trickled. No water pressure at all.

− Wow, there was a lot! Property Management had to send a service provider to cut grass as it was very overgrown on check in. There was trash in the front and back yard pretty much everywhere. The check in process was Hell. It took six hours and multiple calls to booking.com. We were sitting in our truck and restaurants most of the day because they could not get their ID submission system on their website to work. Their website kept crashing. We had the same issue the prior month and it was extremely stressful. I had to complete the same electronic forms five times. Booking had to be contacted to get the company to get it together. Three separate calls. Hours on the phone. The experience was so poor with check in process that booking awarded us good faith money for a partial refund. I just wanted to be able to get into the reservation so we could sleep. The company did not have any in person, on site management or third party company you could see in person for concerns or the check in process which would have been fine had their website worked right and the accomodations been cared for properly in advance of our arrival. The property management company would not take any responsibility for their failures or serious issues that came up during the stay. We ended up cancelled the remainder of our stay due to serious issues with the plumbing, sewer system, and pests infesting the house - large rodents in the attic and dozens of bugs found to be coming out of openings in the walls and window frames from rot and decay under the house where sewage was accumulating. The house was unsafe for people due to sewage leaks, rodents, and bugs. They applied my documents to a stay several months in the future instead of the one for that day. I should note I booked another property with them on Lindy Avenue a few blocks away and it was dirty similarly to this one on check in.

Really great to stay we love to come again
