− The fact that the property cancelled on us as we were 10 mins away from actually arriving there leaving us without anywhere to stay over 150 miles away from home.

− No toilet roll No saucepans or cooking pots No potato peeler No curtain in one bedroom Radiator in upstairs bedroom not working, boiler slight leak in kitchen - slow drip when hot water tap turned on.
The landlord was really nice and accommodating.
7.0It’s a great place to stay. I will be a regular guest.
− The gate was a bit tight but overall cannot complain. I had somewhere safe to park my car.
