8.0The host communicated well. Easy to get around. The host was receptive to feedback like the small things that could be improved. New. 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.
− There are extra things needed It had not been totally cleaned. But hot very receptive.

8.0The premises were very clean and had all the amenities you could want. Correspondence with the owners was excellent with a couple of initial queries. Nice and quiet too. Parking available. The beds were very comfortable. Overall well recommended!
− Not a lot to complain about. Extractor fans in both bathrooms were not working and we couldn't get the lounge tv to work at all, but that's a tiny complaint, we weren't there to watch tv. In easy reach to Durham by car but it would be quite a walk away.

Lovely stay in a clean and spacious house.
10.0Very nice house, well furnished and clean and lots of space. I hadn’t noticed there was a garden when booking so that was a lovely surprise :) Amazing to have free off-road parking and a Co-Op in walking distance.
− Everything was great, can’t think of anything I didn’t like - the only suggestion I have would be to supply a hairdryer for guests to use but everything else was more than covered.
