10.0The owner has put a lot of effort into the design and furnishing of the apartment. Top notch appliances, a very comfortable bed, large TV with Netflix. Everything was very well done. The apartment is a short 5 minute walk from the train station. Communication was exceptional before and during our stay.

10.0Excellent communication with the owner. Very attentive to check if all ok on arrival and the next morning. Very quiet location. Well equipped and very comfortable. Great location for getting into Modena and to the station.. A little shop just around the corner and a couple of cafes nearby for a quick coffee and pastry if so required.
