8.0The uniqueness of the accommodation, the quietness of the location, short walk to the bus stop which meant the car was not needed, the size of the accommodation and the facilities including the outdoor bath.
− The property could have been cleaner, areas such as where the table was stored had not been cleaned, the outdoor area needed a clean, the garden area needed weeding, entry to the accommodation was via a small construction site with a view towards a rubbish filled skip with a dilapidated caravan also in sight. Hooks are needed for wet towels.

9.0Fantastic quirky place, lots of things to do nearby. Loved the garden space, kitchen well equipped.
− Stove top didn't seem to work, kept flashing F, wasn't a big deal as lots of takeaway places available not to far away. Table had a screw loose so was too wobbly to eat on.

8.0Carriage has been very professionally restored, deceptively spacious had it's own self contained garden. Nice rural location located in close proximity to public footpaths for country walking.
