What a fantastic place to stay! Everything was right out the door and so convenient!

Never, ever again. East West hospitality was useless.
3.0Good bed and huge, modern bathroom
− Total absence of service! It took us 2 hours to find out how to check in, everything closed, nobody there, confusing self check in instructions, hard to find the right elevator in the vast underground garage that lead to our room. The whole, fake “village” has an unattractive, super commercial vibe. It’s an overpriced “do it all yourself” place, more consistent with an airbnb than a hotel. It is obvious that the rooms are owned by someone who pays a managing company to rent it out. The closet was full of cleaning supplies.
