− Tener que vaciar un depósito de agua del aire acondicionado, tanto exterior como interior,en el dormitorio, un aire portátil que no refrescaba y producía mucho ruido, y tanto la ropa de cama, como Toallas con olor a humedad

Comodidad por la muy buena ubicación del piso.
8.0La ubicación y lo limpio que estaba todo y la plaza de garaje que es muy útil en esa zona.
− Algunas cosas del piso algo anticuadas como la cocina de gas o la puerta de la terraza que era muy fina y aportaba muy poca seguridad en una terraza a tan baja. pero aún así todo funcionaba perfectamente.
