Not as described. Badly refurbished and nothing like home.
3.0Convenient for Durham and the surrounding area. On street parking was not problem, right outside the house. Quiet neighbourhood with pubs etc a short walk away.
− Bed boards needed spacing correctly, matress turning and duvet from single bed used as a topper to be comfortable. Matress too old and broken to be serviceable. Bathroom (downstairs, through kitchen) was cold, damp with black mould. Refurbishment not recent and to a very amateur standard.
Awful could not wait to leave if we had Been able to get in somewhere else we would have .

− Disgusting bathroom filthy shower curtain. Rusty shower rail. Downstairs next to kitchen this is not mentioned in description and no photos in online ad , no why now !!! Very basic standard of fittings and fixtures. No coat hanger or bins upstairs very uncomfortable bed. Ants on table while eating breakfast. One of the worst places we have been.
