10.0A very clean and well-equipped apartment, located within walking distance of the city center and just 5 minutes from Parma train station. The owner was very nice and helpful

Very nice modern, clean and quiet appartment close to the train station
10.0Amazing place to stay, especially if you are looking for a quiet, private place close to the train station and city centre. The location is quite safe even during the night; to reach it easily and safely, I recommend to exit the train station from the lowest floor towards NH hotel (btw, NH hotel provides excellent luggage storage service at the reception) and then turn right, it takes max. 5 min by walk. The appartment is modern, sunny, fully equiped (except the washing machine) including some small snacks, tea and coffee. I was a bit nervous about the self-checkin, but instructions were clear and easy to follow. I plan to choose this appartment again on my next visit to Parma.

Cozy, comfortable, clean and modern one-person appartment
10.0The property is a one person appartment with bathroom and kitchen and a sleeping couch, equipped with everything one needs. The host was very friendly. Upon arrival, one collects the keys from a keypad, which gives full freedom when and how to arrive. In the kitchen, there were free coffee pads, water, and snacks. Very clean and calm. Five minutes walking from the train station, and. ca 15-20 min walking to the city center (cathedral). Ideal for couples who want to visit Parma.
