The location was very convenient. It was really easy to get to the underground station and there were stores and food all around.

− The hot water wasn’t working when we first arrived and required someone to come fix it so we didn’t have hot water the first day. The freezer was totally frozen over and unusable, the shower head was broken and didn’t stay in a raised position, most of the lights didn’t work or had light bulbs missing, one of the living room windows wouldn’t stay open so we had to prop it up with a vacuum cleaner part, one of the window shades was broken and we had to use hangers to keep it open, and the ironing board was broken and didn’t have a cover. The “toiletries” provided were some random bottles from the store that were partially empty and broken. The fans that were there were not enough to keep the rooms cool and the noise from the street kept us up every night since we had all of the windows open. In general everything was just sort of worn down, for instance the cabinets didn’t close and didn’t function great, especially the mattresses which were old and disgusting. One of the night tables was broken. Also - 1 set of keys for a 2 bedroom apartment is not acceptable - we were constantly having to deal between 4 people with letting each other in. I asked in advance if any of the issues from previous complaints were fixed and I was told they were - but really it was exactly as all the other reviews stated. Overpriced for what you get.

Lo único que merece la pena de ese apartamento es la ubicación, tiene la parada de metro justo en frente y el barrio es muy bonito con un montón de servicios.

− -El apartamento no tiene wifi. El router tiene un código que el dueño nunca nos facilitó. Se lo pedí en varias ocasiones, lo llamé y ni siquiera se dignó a contestar. - En general el apartamento está muy sucio, no han limpiado jamás debajo de las camas. Mal olor en el baño. - Apartamento muy deteriorado, la mayoría de luces están fundidas y las lámparas también. - La tv del dormitorio está solamente de adorno, no se puede enchufar ya que el cable no llega al enchufe y no han tenido el detalle de comprar un alargador. - La casa entera tiembla cuando pasa el metro y pasa con mucha frecuencia, también de madrugada. - Mala comunicación con el dueño. Tuvimos problemas con el wifi y nunca contestó, eso si, si que se puso en contacto para decirnos que teníamos que dejar el apartamento a las 10:00. Para qué tan temprano? Si no limpian!! - Camas muy viejas, por lo menos las sábanas si estaban limpias aunque no te recomiendo que mires los colchones, insalubres totalmente.

Good communication from the hosts, spacious property, and an great location directly opposite Gloucester Road Station.

− Very disappointed by the cleanliness. The apartment was extremely dirty throughout, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long long time. Unfortunately, this overshadowed the positives of the stay.
