6.0The property is quite nicely designed with a modern and aesthetic appeal. Check-in process is smooth and hassle-free. Rooms sized just nice with 3 bathrooms. Basic like disposable toothbrush, shampoo, body wash and towels are provided. Security guards on premises are very attentive and helpful
− Lack of basic maintenance. One of the fan light cannot be and speed cannot be adjusted on due to faulty remote. and battery is dented. Leaking bidet spray at both ends for one of the toilet. Bed side lights provided but cannot be use due to missing bulb, wired socket 2 pin or usb but wall socket is 3 pin.
I had a bad stay

− Problem checking in and out. Access card for parking was not given. I have to call the office to allow me enter the parking space. Unfortunately, the staff handling it couldn’t speak English or Malay. I have to use google translator to communicate. Then , when asked how to exit , staff asked me to call him whenever I plan to go out. Imagine that. Took me an hour for that to settle and when I arrived at the unit the cleaners havent complete their job. BEcause of the difficulty in coming in and out I decided to walk and use public transport.The next morning when i want to check out I have to wait for the staff to answer the message or phone so that I can exit the parking lot. I used to book once and it was a nice unit and the acess card was given that is why I booked again.this time i would say it was frustrating

10.0地理位置非常好 從關卡有空橋直達 但不太好找 我們來的時候就是找不到所以改走別條路 風景超級美 冷氣有四台好涼 數位電視可以看yt 有洗衣機 有大冰箱 有廚房好棒 8樓公共設施有超大泳池 健身房 兒童遊戲室等 就像高級渡假村
− 唯一缺點就是主臥天花板有破一個洞且會滴水.餐桌沒有燈、床動一下會卡滋卡滋響、吹風機沒有轉接頭 需用自己的轉接頭
Booked 2 night, didn't even stay for 2nd night because of the experience.

− no towels when arrived towel it was wet and moldy, ,hotel door unable to lock, safety box unable to open, aircon dripping water, toilet unable to flush, hotel staff was heavily smell like cigarettes, late reply on requests. Due to late check-in, spend most of the night fixing the hotel room instead of enjoying.
