10.0The staff are the stars here - exceptional service. Efficient and quality of service exceeded our expectations. 1) Anthony from room service - when he was cleaning our room, he respected our family's privacy and space. easy to talk to and very helpful with information. 2) Ibrahim (executive chef) - he came to our table to ask us about the breakfast buffet and the upgrades the hotel was planning to enhance the breakfast experience for guests. Very polite. 3) The gentleman at the pool bar (im sorry i didnt ask him his name - looked Nepali) - excellent customer service. 4) Security at the gate (access to the beach) - very vigilant and very polite. We would stay here again just because of the customer service - staff at reception, the pool, the restaurant, the grounds, security, the driver who dropped us off at the airport. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The property is beautiful and well-kept, and there is plenty to do on the property. The pool is temperature-controlled and great depth (for both kids and adults to enjoy)
− The property is beautiful and well kept, although the room might need alittle looking after (curtains were stained). Also, need more bins in the bigger rooms. AC requires maintenance.

− Hygiene and cleanliness Cats sitting outside your rooms. On thr chai outside restaurant. Street Dogs roaming in the campus. The access to beach you see be water lane, which you have cross.
They celebrated my sons bday here I’ll give them 10/10
