The location was great. It was clean and nicely furnished. Having two bathrooms was great.

Location is good. Reasonably spacious, but lacking in good seating when reading or relaxing. Having two bathrooms is truly helpful.

− Things missing, which I had to request at the beginning of this day, small kitchen things, extra towels, a different type of blanket, or duvet rather than a polyester one, which actually never arrived. The lack of decent comfortable seating really a cheap sofa in the living space next to the kitchen was not very comfortable and no other chair anywhere. This is not unusual in a lot of ShortTerm apartments, but really… Standards need to come up across this accommodation sector. And Booking.com as an organisation should up their game and look towards quality rather than quantity. If they did that, perhaps political backlash about short-term rental apartments would be different.

Watch out for bedbugs!

− Apart from the damp bedroom, where the ceiling is crumbling and there is a strong smell of mold, the apartment is infested with bed bugs. I have attached photos as evidence. It seems the owner does not grasp the seriousness of the situation. After I reported the issue, I was told there were no other apartments available and that I had to find my own accommodation. Furthermore, the apartment is still being listed for rent, even though it requires professional disinfection. It took me three weeks and several calls to customer support to receive even a partial refund.

The house smelled damp, had visible moisture damage, and did not have the fire detector listed.

The location was good, and the furniture matches the photos - everything was new.

− Unfortunately, the entire house had a strong damp smell, and there was visible moisture damage. You can clearly see the moisture building up on the bedroom ceiling, and it’s not something you can really fix yourself. The building is very old, so I doubt they’ll be able to resolve the issue properly. The fire safety measures also seem to be taken for granted. I asked the property owner whether they had a fire detector, since I couldn’t find one, and they responded to my question with another question. Asked me is there any problem occurred. Even tough the listing stated that a fire detector was included.

Bon rapport qualité/ prix. Quartier calme. Appartement fonctionnel. Bonne communication à distance avec l’agence.

− Appartement très mal insonorisé : on entend claquer la porte d’́entrée de l’immeuble et les portes des appartements, on entend les discussions de l’appart d’à côté. Heureusement les voisins étaient calmes comme le quartier.
